Kindergarten registration for 2024-2025 school year starts March 1

Kindergarten students walk down the halls of a school while one of them wavesFamilies with children who plan to attend kindergarten during the 2024-2025 school year should enroll their child during kindergarten registration, set for March 1 through 5. Kindergarten students must be 5 years old on or before July 31, 2024, to enroll. Here’s everything you need to know to register.

How to register

To register, visit to complete the online registration process. 

A student services representative will contact you within 48 business hours to assist with next steps. Student services staff will prioritize kindergarten registration between Friday, March 1 through Tuesday, March 5. After March 5, kindergarten registration will be reviewed in order of receipt of all district enrollments.

Students currently enrolled in early childhood

Students enrolled in Pattonville’s early childhood program who are entering kindergarten do not need to complete online registration but must submit proof-of-residency documents by email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or by dropping them off at the Pattonville Learning Center in the enrollment drop box in the front entrance.

Who can start kindergarten?

Children must be 5 years old before Aug. 1, 2024, to be eligible to attend kindergarten for the 2024-2025 school year. 

Free kindergarten screenings

Early childhood offers free developmental screenings for all Pattonville children ages 3 months to entry into kindergarten. Screenings help parents learn more about their child’s development. For a free kindergarten screening, go online to and click on “Screening.”

Academy of Innovation at Remington for K-8 Students

Remington is the only school in Pattonville serving students in kindergarten through eighth grade under one roof, providing a continuity of learning and familiarity. Remington is introducing a new learning model for the 2024-2025 school year that focuses on student-led learning. Find out more about Remington here. Any child living in Pattonville can choose to attend Remington at any time, but enrollment is limited to two classrooms per grade. Selection is based on a random student draw system. Parents interested in attending Remington should enroll in Pattonville at their home school as instructed at left and then submit an application for Remington.
