The district announced its 2019-2020 Pride of Pattonville winners with surprise visits to the honorees. 

The Pride of Pattonville award recognizes staff, parents and volunteers for outstanding service to the district.

The 2019-2020 Pride of Pattonville honorees are:

• Mack Boyd, custodian at Willow Brook Elementary School
• Steven Chisholm, hardware support specialist in the technology department at the Pattonville Learning Center
• Dr. Don Furjes, principal at Remington Traditional School
• Gene Grimshaw, assistant principal at Pattonville High School
• Heather Lopez-Johnston, social studies teacher and assistant athletics director at Pattonville High School
• Joan Mason, business specialist at Pattonville High School
• Jane McGuire, reading specialist at Holman Middle School
• Kathleen O’Keefe, English learner teacher and department leader at Pattonville High School
• Julie Purviance, food service coordinator at Pattonville High School
• Eleanor Taylor, English learner teacher at Pattonville High School
