Pattonville is partnering with the CDC, St. Louis University and Washington University to offer free COVID-19 testing for the Pattonville community. Tests are saliva-based and do not require nasal swabbing. Testing will be conducted from the patient's car and is available Sundays through Fridays. Results are typically available in 24 to 48 hours.
